PHASE 1: DIAGNOSTIC & FEASIBILITY 

1. Project Intake & Application - The process begins with your project data. We evaluate your specs, budget, and timeline to ensure they are realistic for the current Chinese market. 

2. Strategic Risk Analysis - We identify potential "fail points" in your product category, from material compliance to common factory shortcuts.

PHASE 2: ON-THE-GROUND VETTING 

3. Factory Identification & Deep Screening - We bypass trading companies to find real manufacturers. Every candidate is screened for export licenses, capacity, and past consistency. 

4. Physical On-Site Audit - I personally visit the factory floor. No "showroom" tours. We verify workforce stability, raw material storage, and actual production lines before any deposit is paid.

PHASE 3: EXECUTION & OVERSIGHT

5. Sampling & Production Monitoring -  No mass production starts without a sample approval. I monitor the floor to prevent material downgrades or "rush defects." 

6. Final Inspection & Logistics - Pre-shipment verification of 100% of your requirements. We oversee documentation and container loading to ensure what you paid for is what arrives.
